Refund Policy

Summary (proposal)

Try the free trial first: no card is needed. If you subscribe and it isn’t right for you, contact us within (CONFIG: 14) days of a payment and we’ll refund it.

How refunds work

Refunds are issued in Paddle. When we refund a subscription we also cancel it immediately, so the license ends at the same time. TODO(legal/Paddle): confirm wording against Paddle’s buyer terms and consumer-law minimums for the EU, UK and Australia.

Chargebacks

A chargeback revokes the license for that subscription. Please contact us first so we can fix any problem.
